Yard: Grass removed, mulch laid, ficus removed, fruit trees planted, electronic gate installed, water heater shed rebuilt, stucco patched.
I hope all this work was worth it. I sure learned a lot! Kloe now does remodeling!

You did a great work it look real new.
Since last week I paint my flat and remove alot of old stuff what I colected during time and give the walls a new look

Mostly looks like new. The "shed" in the back, formerly a garage, is a tear down, but later, if my partners and I ever have money again.
I hope it rents.
