Turkey's First Mosque Designed by a Woman

I heard about this on the radio and just had to see images. Wow, it's great. All over Turkey new mosques are put up in the old styles, so this is really a big step.
Zeynep Fadillioglu is the architect.

Hi,

I have to say that the wiggly writing is both intriguing, and ancient. I really do hope that she is not the FIRST female to design, perhaps in our age, but I bet back in Spain it might be a little different.

Happy belated B-Day, and your new projects are amazing. Great job amiga.... :)

The Arabic verses on the chandelier are made of silver, and yes, I agree, very beautiful.
Thanks for the comment, I hope you are well.
